The theme of this year’s Webelos Resident Camp is “Webelos Galactic Adventure”, and WRC @ CBH is going to be out of this world! CBH by the numbers: 22 Activities and 2 Sessions to choose from, 7 miles of hiking trails, 2 cool mountain lakes, 1 incredible Wet Willie water slide, 19 campsites, 1 Awesome Indian Fort, and an average temperature of 76⁰ F!

Cub Day Camp offers the Scout a fun, exciting, and productive week of Scouting. The fee for this fun-filled, action-packed adventure is $75. If your registration is not submitted by May 1st, please add an additional $25.00 to the price.
Day Camp this year for York District Scouts will be held at Bethelwoods June 15-19 from 9 AM – 4 PM. Scouts receive a patch, one t-shirt, backpack, water bottle and all materials with their registration fee. Cub Scouts are expected to wear their camp t-shirt during camp.
Extra shirts may be purchased for $10.00 each. Scouts may attend any as well as multiple camps.

WPC is closed today so the Blue Gold Banquet has been postponed until Tuesday, March 3rd. Still at 6:00 in Westminster Hall at WPC.
We will still celebrate the boys’ accomplishments but discretion dictates that we wait until everyone can safely arrive at the party!

A change from years past, there is a $36.00 per family maximum charge for dining at the Blue Gold Banquet – you will indicate 4 persons at check out on the website but we MUST know your family’s TOTAL HEADCOUNT for seating purposes. Whether you register by check or via the web-link you must indicate the number in your party. I hope this is clear. Also indicate your Son’s den number. If you have multiple sons in the Pack – please choose which Den you will sit with and indicate this also.

PLEASE have this back to Mr. Mackey by the 20th. We MUST have our final number to PP by Friday the 21st. If you need to wait to pay, then the absolute cut-off is Friday the 28th but I MUST have your commitment by the 21st. I hope this is clear.
Each Scout must have a parent (or grandparent) accompany them on this excursion but moms and dads are both welcome if they’d like to go.
Siblings are also welcome but the minimum age is six (6) years old. No exceptions allowed by PP.

You wonder why we sell all of the POPCORN – well it is to participate in Fun, Family-Centered activities like GOLD RUSH! This is one of the highlights of the Scout Year and one not to be missed.
I have attached the Registration Form for this year. Please review the details, especially if you are a new Scout Family. You may spend one or both nights and register for any or all or no meals with us. PLEASE make sure you sign up for meals if you do plan to eat – we have to plan based on the expected number of bellies to fill. All family members are welcome – we love grandparents and siblings especially. Note that there are fees just to play the Gold Rush games, even if you only come for the day.
If you do not have camping experience, that is ok – this is easy camping and there are lots of Pack 205 folks who will be glad to help.
Please note on the registration form that you are responsible for your family’s beverages for the weekend. We will have milk, juice, coffee and hot chocolate at breakfast, but you are on your own for the balance of the weekend.
Who can tell what the weather will be GR weekend? We camp anyway so go ahead and send in your forms and fees.
We will discuss additional details at the Pack meeting on the Tuesday (14th) before Gold Rush, but send me any questions you may have.
