Pack 925 will hold our annual “Family Campout” on the weekend of April 29th – May 1st at Westminster Park. This is a flexible and fun family weekend, so make plans to join us and still do all the other fun activities we are all busy with in the spring.
We will prepare 3 meals on Saturday and breakfast Sunday. (Note: Friday night campers will need to fend for themselves for meals). With the exception of breakfast drinks, you will need to provide your own drinks and ice for the weekend.
Registration for meals is available at https://squareup.com/store/timothy-cooper. Please be sure to purchase one meal for each person to attend. Also be sure to include the name of your Scout and their Den number in the notes when you order.
For those interested in camping over the weekend; we will camp together by dens at the far end of the first field on the right upon entering Westminster Park. There is no cost to camp! We will have access to the permanent bathrooms at the ROAR Fields – but this is sinks and toilets only. Showers are only a short drive to your house!

The annual Blue and Gold banquet is coming soon! If you are new in our Pack, the B&G Banquet is the big culminating event where our boys are recognized for their achievements of the year, earning their ranks and recognizing our Webelos IIs who are moving into Boy Scouts.
Thursday, March 10th at 6:00 PM. This is a catered event and hosted at Westminster Presbyterian Church, in the same space as our Pinewood Derby.
The dinner is $9 per person, and payment is made through our Square account. Simply go to https://squareup.com/market/timothy-cooper/blue-and-gold-banquet-dinner to register and pay. Be sure to put your Cub’s name and Den in the checkout notes, and add one item for each person eating. We will have kid and adult friendly food in a buffet format.

The Rock Hill Home Depot has again been gracious enough to host the Pinewood Derby Workshop on Sunday, January 10th from 12PM to 2PM. We usually do this on a Saturday, however schedules needed to change for this year. It will be located inside at the front of the store. Along with cutting the cars, there will be a stations set up to polish axles and do light sanding. There will also be patterns available for different car designs if the boys are undecided.
Our next great Scout and Family adventure will be an overnight trip to the Riverbanks Zoo in Columbia December 18-19. The registration form is attached along with a FAQ document and a sample schedule. Cost is $50 per person and that includes a day pass to the zoo after the overnight.

Pack 205 Scouts and Families will participate in the Cub Scout Gold Rush District Camporee (All the other Cub Packs in the District will be here too – BIG FUN!) the weekend of October 16-18 at our own Westminster Park to have fun, participate in competitions and games, and to work on den level advancement. The registration form and full details are attached. Please mail in the registration by October 7th so we can plan food and reserve camping space.
